Orange Homes for Sale
Orange is the county's namesake city and the one with the most intact historic core. Old Towne Orange radiates from the Plaza — the Circle, where Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street meet — through blocks of Craftsman bungalows, Victorians and antique storefronts, with Chapman University filling the northeast quadrant and giving the district a year-round pulse. The 55, 22 and 57 all touch the city, and the Orange Metrolink station sits a few blocks west of the Plaza.
Beyond Old Towne the city is mostly 1950s–60s tracts — single-stories on flat lots that spread west toward Garden Grove and north toward Anaheim, the neighborhoods where most of Orange's families live. East of the 55 the land rises: streets like East Vista Canyon are the Orange Hills, with larger two-stories and views, and Orange Park Acres beyond them is the semi-rural, equestrian district of acre lots, horse trails and no sidewalks.
Schools fall under the Orange Unified School District. Santiago Oaks Regional Park and Irvine Regional Park frame the east side of the city, and the Santiago Creek trail runs between them. The Outlets at Orange and the Honda Center are minutes away on the 22 and 57.
Ismael Chavez has closed a home in Orange on East Vista Canyon in the Orange Hills, and the team works the city as the eastern edge of its Anaheim and Garden Grove map.

Housing
Old Towne holds the county's largest concentration of historic homes — Craftsman bungalows, Victorians and Spanish revivals on the original grid, with the university's demand for housing close behind. West and north of it the 1950s–60s tracts are the volume of the market: single-stories on flat lots, many with room to add on.
East of the 55 the Orange Hills carry larger two-story homes on sloped lots with views, and Orange Park Acres beyond them is the semi-rural district of acre lots, barns and trails that has no equivalent elsewhere in the north county.
Why we love it
Our closing on East Vista Canyon is in the ledger — an Orange Hills home, which is the side of the city most people never see.
A downtown that is genuinely old, walked every day, and anchored by a university.
It extends our Anaheim and Garden Grove map east into the hills.
