Fullerton Homes for Sale
Fullerton is the north county's college town and one of its few cities with a genuine downtown. Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College sit on opposite sides of the city, and between them Harbor Boulevard runs through the historic core — Downtown Fullerton and the SOCO District south of Commonwealth, where the old packing houses and rail buildings have become restaurants, breweries and the Saturday market. The Fullerton Transportation Center is the Metrolink and Amtrak stop, and it is a working part of daily life here rather than a footnote.
The neighborhoods are as varied as the city is large. Sunny Hills and the Raymond Hills in the northwest and north carry hillside homes on larger lots with views; the streets around Loma Verde Drive and Muroc Place are the 1950s–70s tracts that make up most of the market; and the blocks around downtown and the colleges mix Craftsman bungalows, Spanish revivals and small apartment buildings.
Schools fall under the Fullerton School District at the elementary and middle levels and the Fullerton Joint Union High School District beyond, with a corner of the city under the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. The Fullerton Loop — the network of trails through the hills, the arboretum and the old rail lines — is the outdoor amenity residents mention first. The 57 and 91 meet at the city's southeast corner.
Ismael Chavez has closed homes in Fullerton on Loma Verde Drive and Muroc Place, and the team is here constantly between La Habra, Buena Park and Anaheim.

Lifestyle
Downtown Fullerton and the SOCO District — restaurants, breweries, the Fox Theatre and the Saturday farmers market — plus Titans games at Cal State Fullerton.
The Fullerton Loop, the Fullerton Arboretum, Laguna Lake and Hillcrest Park keep the north side outdoors; the Transportation Center puts downtown Los Angeles and Orange County on the train.
Housing
Sunny Hills and the Raymond Hills sit at the top with larger lots, views and two-story homes. The tracts that spread across the west and south of the city — single-stories and split-levels from the 1950s through the 70s — are the volume of the market and where most families land.
Around downtown and the colleges the stock is older and more eclectic: Craftsman and Spanish revival bungalows, duplexes and condominium buildings that draw faculty, students and downtown regulars.
Why we love it
Our closings on Loma Verde Drive and Muroc Place are in the ledger — the tracts and the hills alike.
A downtown you can actually walk, with a train station in the middle of it.
It connects our whole North Orange County map: La Habra to the north, Buena Park to the west, Anaheim to the south.
