Redondo Beach Homes for Sale

Redondo Beach is the southernmost of the three South Bay beach cities, wrapped around King Harbor and the Redondo Pier. South Redondo has the Esplanade, Riviera Village's shops and restaurants, and single-family streets that climb toward the Palos Verdes hills; North Redondo is more residential and more attainable, with the townhome-style "two-on-a-lot" homes the city is known for.

It is a place people choose for the beach lifestyle without the Manhattan Beach price of entry, and for a commute that reaches the 405 and LAX quickly.

The Esplanade and the beach path, Riviera Village for dinner, King Harbor for boats and the pier, and Veterans Park on the bluff.

Housing

South Redondo's lots and hillside streets carry a premium; North Redondo is where most townhomes and newer construction sit. The two-on-a-lot format — two detached homes sharing one lot — is a Redondo signature and a realistic way into the city.
